Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions.
This is a 1099 position.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials and equipment - Operate hand and power tools as directed - Dig trenches and excavations - Assist with the installation of construction components - Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Familiarity with hand and power tools - Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
