We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as an Escape Game Room Host.
As a Game Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for hospitality.
After greeting customers, you will assist customers remotely through cameras/computer system and then discuss their experience with them afterward.
Following the game you will need to reset the room to make it ready for the next group.
We have 11 Escape Room Games and pay is increased as more rooms are learned and experience is gained.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile and help them to sign in.
- Escort guests to their Rooms and introduce the story - Assist guests throughout the game with hints or clues remotely - Reset the rooms after the experience - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations - Maintain cleanliness of the Escape Rooms and lobby area Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in handling cash transactions - Knowledge of and personal experience in an Escape Room is desireable - You should have a reliable and adequate mode of transportation If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
