years, we have grown to be the area's largest remodeling company serving thousands of SE Michigan homeowners each year.
Currently, we are seeking a technically skilled and hard-working Crew Leader for our Installation team.
A typical day will consist of traveling from our Davison office to the client's home, with one or two apprentices.
As a Crew Leader, you will also be responsible for communicating with the homeowner, daily field production, upholding installation standards & quality control of the installation.

JOB DUTIES (to include, but not limited to):
? Proper Installation of window & doors ? Training & Managing an apprentice ? Maintaining Company Vehicle, Equipment & Tools ? Finish Carpentry (interior moldings) ? Aluminum Exterior Trim & Caulking ? Effectively Communicating with Homeowners JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Must have drivers license and CLEAN driving record ? Must pass background check ? Extensive knowledge of carpentry, installing window/doors ? Must be able to work alone without immediate supervision ? Good communication skills with customers is key to our business model
Experience:
Minimum 3-YEARS of carpentry type occupation EMPLOYEE
