Ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in inpatient mental health or has worked in PHP.
We would prefer a candidate that has a minimum of 1 year inpatient or previous PHP experience.
This position is currently part-time/casual.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
conduct assessments to understand patients needs, strengths and challenges develop treatment plans that align with patients goals and address mental health concerns provide direct services to patients and families, selecting appropriate treatment modalities and casework techniques offer counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support to individuals experiencing distress documentation of all interactions and interventions with patients
Qualifications:
at least 1 year of experience in a PHP setting or inpatient mental health experience ability to establish a good rapport with patients ability to work with people from all walks of life be a good team player rate of pay and schedule to be discussed at the time of an interview Job Type:
